• Cook meals in advance: Chemotherapy is draining so you might not feel like cooking afterward. Cook healthy meals and store them in the freezer. This way, you only need to thaw them as you go. This also prevents relying on convivence or fast food while recovering. Grocery shopping in advance is a good idea as well.

• Keep a free schedule the day of your session: You can never be sure how you will feel after an infusion. Keep your schedule free in case you need the time to recover at home.
